Refund policy

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, slight variations in color, texture, size, and glaze are not considered defects.

Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
